Production may take up to 90 days prior to shipping and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
If you wish to purchase and receive other in-stock products sooner, please place orders for these separately as soon as we have confirmed the order and payment.
There will be no cancellations or refunds/exchanges once the order is placed.
Pre Orders: Products listed as "Pre-Order" will have a 90 day estimated production window before shipping. All items will ship together, so please place orders separately for in-stock "Ready to Ship" items if you wish to receive them sooner. All gift redemptions are final, there will be no returns or exchanges.
Custom Taxes: BBRC is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio.
This could include but is not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.
